Vinification – The grapes, sourced from the northern vineyard and carefully selected in the vineyard, were transported to the winery in 20 kg crates. A further selection was carried out on the sorting table, and after destemming the grapes were placed in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, where they fermented for 7 days. After fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the skins for a period of 10 days, after which it was gently pressed, with the free-run juice separated from the pressed juice.

Aging – 20 months in 225-liter French oak barrels. The final blend results from the selection of the best barrels.

Tasting Notes

Color: Deep ruby, almost opaque.

Nose: Excellent aromatic complexity, with notes of red fruits, elegant spices, and subtle balsamic hints.

Palate: Starts very elegantly, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and structure composed of velvety-textured tannins. A very engaging wine, finishing fresh and persistent.

Pairing – Cheeses and charcuterie, risottos, pasta, and dry-aged meats.
