Before registering, we ask you to read carefully these Terms and Conditions where we explain how you can buy our products and what specific terms apply to the purchases made on this website, and also your obligations if you decide to buy our products through the website http://www.lobovwines.com/ (“Online store ” or “Platform”).

The wines available in this online store are marketed by LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES, LDA, limited liability company with headquarters at Rua D. Afonso Henriques, 79-81, 2150-167 Golegã, registered in the Commercial Register with the NIPC 515209929. Throughout the document, the terms ' LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES 'We' or 'Our(s)' will be references to the commercial company LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES, LDA. When we refer to “User” "you" or "yours", we refer to you, the person who is visiting our website or purchasing our products using this website.


Acceptance of these terms and conditions

By registering and making purchases on our online store, you are declaring that you are over 18 years of age and that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are not 18 years old or the legal age to consume alcohol in the jurisdiction where you are accessing our store, you do not agree with these Terms, or simply do not want to accept you obligations as a User, we ask you to do not complete your registration process and refrain from using our website.


Purchase of alcoholic beverages

You will only be able to purchase the wines available in this online store if you confirm that you have the minimum age to do so in the country where you live. If you are in Portugal, you must confirm that you are over 18 years old and that you are not subject to a legal restriction that prevents you from purchasing alcoholic beverages (Decree-Law no. 106/2015, of 16 April)


How to buy our products

You can purchase our wines through our online store and receive them at your home, anywhere in the world. To do so, just follow the steps below:

  1. Choose the wines and quantities you want to order;
  2. Fill in the requested fields;
  3. Make the payment;
  4. You will then receive an email with confirmation of your order;
  5. After we receive your payment, you will receive our order confirmation and shipping notifications and your order will be processed and shipped.

How can you pay

Any of the payment method options available in our store may be associated with your user account and accepted as a form of payment for your orders.

At this time, you can use the following payment methods:

Payments will always be processed in euros.

Orders will be processed only after payment has been settled. The invoice will be sent to you with your order.

The delivery times mentioned above apply to orders placed before XXhXX and when the ordered products are available. We do not ship during weekends or national holidays, so all orders paid after Friday XXhXX will be shipped on the first following business day.

If delivery is not made by Fedex, ….. you will have X working days to pick up your order, and it will be returned after this period. In case it is returned, shipping costs will be borne by you.

In the case of international shipments, LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES is not responsible for any customs fees, as well as for delays in delivery in the destination country.


Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, by accepting these Terms and Conditions you are declaring to understand and agree that LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES, LDA will not be liable at any time:

  • for any failure to deliver your order for reasons caused by you, e.g., due to an error caused by you providing the wrong address, or any other elements necessary to complete your order or process the payment;
  • for the delay in the delivery of your order, due to traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances;
  • for any direct or indirect loss or damage, caused or arising from the permanent or temporary unavailability of our online store;
  • for any consequences arising from the misuse of your account, namely arising from its misuse caused as a result of failure to keep your codes and passwords confidential and secure.

Your obligations as a User

Once you have registered on our Website, you will be responsible for all activities made through the use or the use of your registration details. In addition, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you will declare to know and agree that you are committed to:

  • not use our store, your account, or the account of others for fraudulent or abusive activities;
  • ensure the security and confidentiality of the username and password that allow access to your account;
  • use our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy as well as the law and regulations in force;
  • to pay on time all costs and charges related to orders you place in our store;

However, as a user of our online store, by accepting these Terms and Conditions you are declaring, acknowledging and accepting that our Service may be temporarily unavailable, namely to carry out planned maintenance or for any other reason that hinders our control.

We will use our best efforts to notify you of any unavailability of our store, but at no time will we be liable for any damage caused by the inaccessibility or impossibility of carrying out a purchase or order.

LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES shall have the right to suspend the access of any User to the platform or any of its features, or to cancel any registered user, denying him/her access to the Platform, without any prior notice, if aware that the User has failed to comply with any part of these Terms and Conditions.

As a User of our website, you agree that LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES will have the possibility of suspending, blocking, stopping, interrupting, or otherwise terminating, temporarily or permanently, your access to our Platform:

  • as a result of any technical, legal or commercial restrictions;
  • to ensure the security of information channels, communication, structures or equipment;
  • when there is strong suspicion that you are using the platform fraudulently or abusively, linking your account or the account of other users, including the use of robots, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to extract information from other users or the platform itself;
  • when there are strong suspicions that you are using the platform in an abusive or fraudulent manner, namely using your account, or third-party accounts, with the purpose of taking undue benefits from our campaigns or any unidentified failure or omission of our systems or services;
  • whenever you violate any part of these Terms and Conditions.

Returns and Refunds

We ask that you always check your order as soon as you receive it.

If you are a consumer (an individual) you can return the products you have purchased through this online store, within 14 days of receiving them (DL no. 24/2014, of February 14th), except for products from which you have removed the warranty seal.

If you notice any problem with your order please contact us through the contacts indicated above (under CUSTOMER SUPPORT) within 14 days of receiving your products. We will immediately analyse the situation and, if necessary, guarantee the collection of the products, which can be exchanged or replaced by products of equal value, at no cost to the customer.

If for any reason the product is no longer available after you place the order, you will be notified of this circumstance and at that time you will be given the possibility of cancelling the order and be refunded, if you have already made the payment.


Returns procedure

To return a product, in cases where the return is possible under the terms provided herein, please send us an email to: info@lobovwines.com with an explanation of why you want to proceed with a return and attaching the corresponding invoice.

You must keep the original packaging and its contents exactly as delivered to you.


Intellectual Property Rights

All contents of our website, as well as its structure and layout, selection, organization and presentation of its contents, including its functionalities and the software used, registered trademarks, logos and symbols that appear therein, are protected by intellectual rights and are owned or licensed to LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES.

It is expressly prohibited to transfer, broadcast, publish, make available to the public in any form or by any means, modify, transform, copy, use, sell, or share, in any form, the texts, images, or other information contained in our website or in part of it without the prior written consent of LOBO DE VASCONCELLOS WINES.
